Our back health plan includes weekly 90-minute mobility and training sessions, using a variety of techniques including Stretch To Win - Fascial Stretch Therapy, DTS Low Back Fundamentals - Powered by Dr. McGill, FRC, and Animal Flow to support your journey towards pain-free movement. You are provided weekly homework exercises, online videos, and daily spinal hygiene habits to assist you along the way. The online videos are yours to download and keep as you continue on your own.
